Rohit Chandiramani is a seasoned consultant with a strong background in the banking and healthcare industries, where he has led transformative initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and organizational structure. With a sharp eye for identifying process inefficiencies and a natural talent for streamlining complex systems, Rohit brings a practical, results-driven approach to every engagement. His cross-industry experience allows him to understand the unique challenges businesses face—and craft solutions that are both strategic and actionable. Rohit has been integral in the creation of Behavioral Health Technician departments serving as a Director within several treatment facilities as well as leading efforts in regards to licensing, staffing and system integration.

Mr. Goldenberg received his Bachelor of Science from the prestigious Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from The Boston University School of Law in 1989. 

Michael’s professional experience includes serving as  counsel with First American Title before moving to Arizona in 2002 and as Corporate Counsel and then Chief of Administration for a premier behavioral health provider of services for those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction prior to moving on to pursue special projects in the behavioral health industry. 

Michael's patriotism, willingness to help others, and his belief in supporting those who serve our society has fueled his charitable passion. Michael currently serves as the Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center, a 501(c)3 in Prescott, AZ benefitting at risk teen females.

Michael and his wife Maura make their home in Scottsdale, Arizona.
